A Group Personal Training Program

Singles. Sweat and the City is a 6 week Group Personal Training program for singles designed to get you into great shape while training with other singles who share the same interests.
The Program includes 2 x Group Personal Training sessions each week for 6 weeks (12 sessions) designed by Our Gym Personal Trainers. Training sessions will involve a combination of cardio, boxing and circuit training for overall weight loss, toning and strengthening as well as a buddy system for socialising! You also get a weekly newsletter with lifestyle tips, a Training T-shirt and a cocktail party at the end of your program.
Sessions start from April 22. 6 week program. 12 sessions.

Yes, we're off to the Yarra Valley again for a day of all the good things in life - mingling, eating, drinking and just plain having fun!
After boarding the coach from Melbourne CBD at 9.00am, we speed date on the bus while we make our way to our first stop, the beautiful Dominique Portet. Then we're off to Train Trak Winery, including a lunch of pasta and wood fired pizzas at Zonzo's Enoteca. After lunch, we stop in at TarraWarra Estate. Our last stop before heading home is the picturesque Yering Farm with their delightful, rustic Cellar Door.
Then it’s back on the bus heading for home, slightly tipsy, but still ready to party with all your new friends when we get back to Melbourne at approximately 6.00pm.
